2.2. All services are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to refuse any booking.

3. Bookings

3.1. Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from the Company.

3.2. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information during the booking process. Any errors in the information provided may result in delays or additional charges.

3.3. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, mechanical failures, or staff unavailability. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment must be made in full before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company.

4.2. The Company accepts payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or any other method specified at the time of booking.

4.3. All prices quoted include VAT unless stated otherwise. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice, but this will not affect confirmed bookings.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1. You may cancel or reschedule a booking without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

5.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service charge.

5.3. If the Company arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to perform the service due to incorrect information provided by you or due to lack of access, a call out fee may be charged.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1. The Company provides a limited warranty on all tyres and services, as specified at the time of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

6.2. The Company will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

6.3. The Company will not be liable for any damage caused to your vehicle as a result of pre-existing conditions or as a result of unauthorised modifications made to your vehicle after our service.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1. You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is in a suitable condition for tyre fitting and that the vehicle is accessible to our technicians at the agreed location and time.

7.2. You must inform the Company of any modifications or conditions that may affect the tyre fitting process.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. The Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
